I've never made anything with puff pastry before. Quite frankly, that whole arena of cooking was a little scary to me. But when Gus' birthday came around, I wanted to cook something special for him so I found this recipe: puff pastry with a lot of strawberries. This is the end result which is AMAZING and o so simple! If anyone wants the recipe, let me know...
