Christmas Eve

Jose Luis, Ita, and Queenie joined us for Christmas eve dinner.

Gus made milanesas, per our Christmas eve dinner tradition and they were SO good!

After dinner, we went for a walk to look at the lights. The boys took turns holding Queenie's leash, much to their utter delight!

And no walk around the city at night is complete without a candy stop! Spain has really good candy.

We really enjoyed the lights and being out and walking around. It's definitely one of my favorite aspects about living here in Spain!

Checking out the live nativity scene animals

Afterwards, we returned home to decorate sugar cookies, another Christmas eve tradition.

And open stockings! The boys had been looking forward to this ALLL day!

Coen used his teeth to open his presents. So funny and cute!

  2. Yeah that street is the main street in our town that leads up to the Cathedral. It's one of my favorite places in our city. And it was a wonderful night!
