Day 13

Hello all... This is Gus.

Melissa asked me to post, she is sick with a fever that started last night, so I will attempt to post for tonight and hopefully we will have Melissa back at the helm of THE NEARNESS by tomorrow.

Also I will be posting a TON of pictures to make up for my lack of creativity...

Today Saturday was our first day off... after a long and arduos week, we were happy to get the day off to see the sights of Colorado Springs!

Our first stop was Focus on the Family... Yes, we went to Focus on the family because it has a sort of Children's Place to hang out and so some fun stuff for them...

They had a fun plane that Cael really loved and climbed all over the place...

This was the cage that we put Cael in... :)

Meanwhile, in Coen's world, he is still happy to hang out with us and loves his burp rags...

Yes, this is a replica of the wardrobe from one of the Narnia Movies...

Cael continued to climbed onto the Plane...

Yes, they do have John MacArthur at the Focus on the Family Bookstore!

We got to stop at a Chick-fil-a... We love Chick-fil-a!

After lunch, we went to Garden of the Gods! What an amazing place!

Take some time and Just look at these Rock Formations!

We had a great day today, though Melissa was sick, she was able to come with us... Please be praying for her. Pray that the kids will not get whatever Melissa has and pray for next week. We are looking to having a very busy next week here at PILAT.
