Day 27

This morning we went to breakfast with Ericka and her new husband Justin. We knew Ericka when she was out in LA and went to our Bible study a few years ago. She'd never met our kids and we hadn't met Justin. It was a delicious breakfast at Cracker Barrel (again) and we had such a great time catching up. Thanks for a great breakfast guys and we're so glad we got to see you!!

Cael had fun making funny faces....

Gus met up briefly with Brian Bunnel who went to Master's seminary with Gus but is now at Southern getting (I think) his Doctorate.

Then we hit the road again. It is amazing how there are water towers everywhere...at least one in ever city, even the teeny ones.

We drove through almost the entire state of Kentucky today and thoroughly enjoyed it. What a beautiful, green state!

And then came to Tennessee!! What a cool state; I've always wanted to visit here!

Our stop for tonight and tomorrow is Paris, TN

Such a cool looking city

Coen had fun playing in the Rainforest Jumperoo. He loved it. When we get home I'll put ours out of the garage!

Cael came over and started playing with toys! So funny. Maybe memories of the hours he spent in this thing as a baby resurfaced!

We are staying with Scott and Amy Bird and their 3 boys. Only Jacob is pictured here but Cael has had lots of fun playing with other boys!
